فيروس كرونة نوع من انواع الفيروسات من بين العديد من الفيروسات . وأحيانا من أمراض اللي تصيب الإنسان والحيوان معا تسبب نوع يسمي COVID-19 تم تحديده حديثا في ظهور مرض تنفسي ، وظهر في بدايته بالصين
كيف ينتشر فيروس كورونا :
ينتشر فيروس كورونا من الشخص المصاب عن طريق الرزاز الخارج من الفم أثناء السعال او العطس او عند ملامسة شيئ به رزاز او ادوات المريض ، لوقتنا هذا غير معلوم مكان انتشار الفيروس بالأساس ولكن يقال انه ظهر أول مرة في اسواق بيع لحوم الحيوانات بالصين فمن العادات الصينية اكل لعض الحيوانات و الحشرات اعتقادا منهم انها تعطيهم القوة و الشباب الدائم
طرق الوقاية من الفيروس :
١- تجنب الأماكن المزدحمة تماما
٢- وضع ماسك على الفم و الأنف يمنع من دخول الرزاز للشخص المصاب الي الشخص السليم
٣- المستشفيات و العيادات من الاماكن التي يسهل انتقال الفيروس بها بسهولة , فيجب على الطبيب تعقيم ادواته و كل شيئ يقوم بلمسه المريض و تغيير الأدوات من مريض لآخر و نزع القفازات و التخلص منها بعد معاينة المريض و عدم استخدام القلم في كتابة وصفة الدواء الا بعد نزع القفازات و غسل الطبيب ليده و تعقيمها جيداً
٤- تجنب الوجبات الحاهزة وشراء متطلبات المنزل و غسلها جيدا بماء جاري .
٥-عند دخول منزلك قم بالتوجه الى الحمام ورفع صنبور المياه بزراعك بدلاً من كف يدك وقم بغسل يدك جيدا .
٦- تجنب القبلات و التهنئة ، في المناسبات او برؤيتك لصديق اكتفي بالسلام باليد دون التقبيل او العناق .
٧-ان تم الاعلان عن قرية او مدينة سكنية بها عدد من الاصابات بالفيروس تجنب الذهاب الي هذه الأماكن تماما
٨- قم بشراء مستلزمات البيت مرة واحدة للأسبوع او لأسبوعين .
٩- قم بأستنشاق الماء و استنثارة لتنظيف الجيوب الأنفية لديك .
